Our Youth Group is for youth in 7th through 12th grade.  They meet once a week on Sunday from 1:00 to 2:30 pm.  Immediately following is Friends Choir practice (grades 7-12) from 2:30 to 3:30 pm.  They learn about the tough stuff in life - things that aren't taught in school, but things that will effect their lives forever.  From what the Bible says about premarital sex, to what defines a cult, to religious questions concerning various world faiths.  Teens are able to discuss important issues from a Christian point of view with the help of the Bible, situational learning and games.

The Youth Group also attends Christian Music concerts, summer youth camps, American Baptist Youth gatherings and more.

During the summer, our Vacation Bible School is always a huge hit.  It combines games, crafts, snacks and bible lessons into a fun week.  This is for children ages 4-11, however we have found that our VBS Graduates (those who are older than 11) still come back and want to be helpers.  We can always use those!
